We are currently looking for a proactive and confident communicator who will be responsible for the daily attendance monitoring of our 14-16 year old students and providing well-being support.
Liaising with parents, carers and any other external agencies and professionals as necessary to improve student attendance and engagement, we are ideally looking for someone who had experience of working with children or young adults who require support in managing their behaviour and social and emotional well-being.
You will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of students by implementing and overseeing effective safeguarding policies and procedures. This position involves proactive engagement with students, staff, and external agencies to create a secure and supportive learning environment.
