Contract Type: Permanent
Closing Date: 9 February 2025

Hampshire Pension Services deliver a quality pension administration service to scheme members and employers, for four Local Government funds, two Fire authorities and one Police force.
We’re looking for enthusiastic and positive people to join our busy team. As a Senior Pensions Administrator, you’ll be involved in the day-to-day administration in our member services, employer services, or systems and data team; and you will be committed to customer care and ready to take on new challenges.
We can offer a competitive salary, a minimum of 24 days annual leave, access to the Local Government Pension Scheme, and other benefits. All our team members receive on-the-job training as well as undertaking an internal development course covering all aspects of pension administration. We also support vocational training and qualifications with the Pensions Management Institute (PMI) and Chartered Institute of Payroll and Pensions (CIPP).
We're normally based in our modern city centre building in Winchester with quick links to public transport, but we're currently working on a hybrid basis combining home working with 1 day a week in the office.
As part of the Pension team, it's essential you're able to build and maintain relationships with a wide range of people. You'll need excellent organisational skills and be able to prioritise your work on a day-to-day basis to fit in with the requirements and deadlines of the team. You'll be able to identify issues and suggest solutions, have the ability to motivate others, and have a “can do” attitude.
You'll be thorough with great attention to detail, a team player, and able to see things through to the end, ensuring excellent outcomes for our customers in the process.
This post is subject to Non Police Personnel Vetting. Further information about this process will be provided to successful candidates. Candidates must have resided in the UK for a minimum of 3 years in order for clearance to be obtained.
