We are seeking a dedicated and proactive temporary Customer Advisor to help create an efficient and effective, friendly and courteous day to day customer service/order processing department based on the outskirts of Aldershot. Due to the location of this client, you must be able to drive and have use of a car.
This role is temporary with a view to go permanent!
Key responsibilities include:
1. Accurately processing orders in the system
2. Handling queries, enquiries and complaints
3. Completing orders and processing in a timely manner
4. Building relationships with customers over the phone
Skills:
1. Excellent communication skills are required to interact with internal staff and service users
2. Must be able to work off their own initiative as well as part of a team
3. Computer Literate with a good working knowledge of Word and Excel
4. Excellent telephone manner
5. Excellent organisational skills with a good eye for detail
6. Previous experience within a busy Customer service department or Administrative role
7. Previous experience of administration, order processing and scheduling of workloads would be a huge advantage
