ROLE PURPOSE As part of the Customer Experience team, this role will drive digital communication with our customers to provide them with the knowledge and experience that enable them to get maximum value from their investment in our products. Support the Research and Sales teams in increasing participation in research and converting to active sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
* Account based marketing (new, renewal, nurture for growth, at risk)
* Increase participation in Research
* Increase conversion of nominees to active sales pipeline
* Build, create and deliver MQL’s for sales team
* Quarterly communication with Key Account and Core territory for research and reports being published
* Customer feedback (coordinate digital customer feedback mechanisms)
* Research collateral, Sales collateral, brochures and training guides
* Guardians of the customer experience
* Social Media support and Webinar delivery

* Iterative changes to onsite customer journeys to increase key KPIs.
* Understanding of customer persona
* Sales processes/ methodology to build suite of collateral and training guides for all customer facing members of the team.
* Enjoy working in a collaborative, cross-team capacity and communicate effectively across an organisation, with an ability to justify new ideas with data.
* You will have at least 2 years’ experience in digital marketing positions in B2B organisations.
