Warehouse Administrator
We are currently looking to recruit a Warehouse Administrator to join our maintenance department in Ashton-Under-Lyne. Our client is a leading manufacturer and supplier of lighting across the UK.
Job Duties: -
* General Admin
* Creating and Sending Purchase Orders
* Customer Correspondence (Email and Verbal)
* Delivery Scheduling and Logistics
* Filing paperwork/Scanning
* Data inputting- Using Excel and Office
Person specification: -
* Ideally previous admin experience
* Computer literate- Ability to use Excel and Office
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to work under pressure
* Good organisational skills and attention to detail
* Good team player and can work on own initiative
Hours of work: -
Monday to Thursday 8am-4.30pm and 8am-4pm on a Friday.
*Please note this is to start as a temporary position but could lead to permanent for the right candidate.
