As our IT Account Manager, no one day will be the same, but some of your key responsibilities will be:
Proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with the client base.
Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships to drive customer retention and revenue growth.
Understanding client needs to recommend solutions that align with their business goals.
Managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting and presenting to negotiating and closing deals.
Collaborating with marketing and service delivery teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Staying updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
Accurately tracking and reporting on sales activities and pipeline progress.
To succeed in this role, you must have at least 5 years experience of sales or account management within the managed services industry. A consultative approach to sales and strong interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
