About the job:
The candidate will have a dual role as the Global Credit COO and the GM UK Office COO.
The candidate will lead the execution of the operational aspects with the implementation of the business strategy, ensuring operational efficiency, properly following up financial performance, and regulatory compliance while supporting revenue growth initiatives and day-to-day resolution of GM issues.
The candidate will define and implement business priorities, ensuring operational excellence and governance:
* Oversee and ensure proper P&L monitoring and solve incidents.
* Approval or proper handling of authorization, requests and procurement related with the GM business for proper cost control (including Information sources management).
* Lead operational implementation of business enablement initiatives, including commercial mapping, client segmentation, and growth initiatives.
* Direct project management efforts, ensuring successful execution, tracking, and performance measurement of key initiatives.
* Act as a key liaison across global teams, enhancing collaboration and connectivity to support business growth.
* Champion operational efficiency, driving process improvements, system enhancements, and automation.
* Lead risk and compliance efforts (including CCARO & other NFR initiatives, ensuring regulatory adherence, audit readiness, and internal control implementation).
Qualifications:
* The candidate must have a Graduate degree and be fluent in English (Spanish knowledge is also valuable).
* Demonstrated experience in similar roles.
* Capacity to develop multiple tasks with pressing timing constraints.
* Front-to-back knowledge.
