Job summary The ABUHB 0-18 Neurodevelopmental Pathway is recruiting a Team Lead on a 24-month fixed-term basis. The post-holder will support key operational functions and specific projects and transformation work across the ND services. Specifically, the development of an ND Early Support Hub will offer targeted support, advice and intervention to children and their families who have been referred via the SPACE Wellbeing ND Service. The ND Early Help Team will be part of the ABUHB 0-18 Neurodevelopment Service and will be able to support families through their journey within the service from the point of referral. Support may be via groupwork, one-to-one intervention, webinars and workshops. We are looking for an experienced team manager who is enthusiastic about supporting families and ensuring that children's needs are met. This role will involve decision making regarding patient pathway through the service, will require excellent communication skills and confidence in engaging with families. As this is a development project, motivation, innovation and coordination of service delivery is a priority. Prior experience of change management or service delivery will be helpful for this role.
