Job Description
We are looking for a Facilities Business Support Coordinator to provide efficient business support to the Facilities Team and the Red Bull Technology Campus.
You will support the Facilities Business Support Manager in delivering seamless operations and maintenance of the Red Bull Campus, coordinating a variety of facilities-related activities.
Working autonomously and closely with the business, you will oversee the completion of a range of key activities in a timely and professional way, supporting colleagues, resolving issues along the way whilst upholding the highest standards of service.
The Facilities Business Support Coordinator plays a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and enhancing the employee experience through proactive facilities coordination. This role demands a highly organised individual with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to facilities management.
This role will suit someone that enjoys working through cross-functional departments in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
No two days are the same, so you’ll need to thrive off of getting involved in various tasks some of which are:
1. Raising departmental purchase orders
2. Data inputting
3. Business essential communications for our internal intranet
4. Employee uniform - Handle clothing-related enquiries, manage distributions for new starters, and maintain stock accuracy and employee data.
5. Operate the Facilities helpdesk using our internal systems to assign tasks to our soft services and technical teams.
6. Contractor Account Management
Key Skills:
1. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
2. Previous experience in Facilities & Contractor Management beneficial
3. Ability to coordinate and prioritise tasks
4. Excel in customer service
5. Proficient in all Microsoft systems
