Our mission is clear: to make business communication brilliant by leveraging our best-in-class products that span SMS, WhatsApp, Email, and other communications technologies. We serve over 60,000 businesses globally and send over 5 billion communications yearly.
We have ambitious growth plans to expand our already impressive product portfolio. As a values-led business, we recognize our ‘People’ are our biggest asset. Do you want to be part of our success story?
Requirements
Join our dynamic Transformation team as an experienced Project Manager with a 12-month Fixed Term Contract! In this pivotal role, you'll take the reins of our projects, ensuring their successful completion and alignment with strategic goals. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll drive projects forward efficiently, keeping them within budget and on track.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the Marketing and Product Marketing teams in implementing an innovative global go-to-market strategy for our platform, leveraging Agile methodologies as appropriate. This includes defining project scope, developing and maintaining a robust project plan that identifies dependencies and critical paths, proactively addressing risks and challenges, and ensuring everyone is aligned on timelines, budgets, and deliverables through regular status updates and reporting.
* Design and manage the marketing and product marketing plan for the global launch of our new platform, utilizing project management tools to track key initiatives. Your role will involve creating a detailed marketing project plan, assigning tasks, overseeing budgets, and effectively allocating resources for content creation, digital marketing campaigns, events, and sales enablement materials. You'll ensure that stakeholders are continuously informed about project status and any potential challenges.
* Oversee the development and localization of essential marketing assets (such as web content, brochures, case studies, etc.) for the global launch of our new platform, guaranteeing cultural relevance and linguistic accuracy. You'll craft a localization project plan, track translation progress, and maintain high-quality standards of translated materials, all while adhering to established budgets and timelines.
* Track and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) related to marketing and product marketing efforts for the Commify platform launch, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimization. Utilizing project management dashboards and reporting tools, you'll visualize project progress and marketing performance, delivering clear updates to senior management.
