We have a strong history with over 45 years of supporting older people and their families through some of the most difficult times in their life. We also have a proven track record of listening to older people, learning what’s important to them and caring about the way they are treated, perceived, and portrayed. Job Description Post holder will be responsible for managing referrals, ensuring that our newly referred client have a bespoke experience. You will be making initial calls to clients and informing them of next steps. You will process the paperwork provided by the referrers, or the wider team and update our CRM system accordingly, ensuring accurate records are maintained. The post holder must have a great eye for detail, ensuring information is correct. At quiet times you will be responsible for contacting clients who have left messages for the team, and quality assurance calls. General Responsibilities Responsible for dealing effectively with all referrals, providing information to the public and signposting to appropriate services or colleagues. Be a team player and work well with colleagues. Be empathetic and sensitive to clients with dementia and their families/carers. Maintaining effective databases to ensure accurate and up to date information and record. Make regular ‘Keep in touch’ calls to clients. Being involved in other projects under the Dementia Matters programme Lead on Monitoring and Evaluation of the organisation’s services. Why work for us?
