The Role: Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IFA Administrator to join their vibrant team. In this role, you will be a crucial part of their financial planning operations, supporting advisors and ensuring smooth administrative processes. This position is perfect for someone with at least 12 months of financial planning experience or a strong background in financial services, looking to transition into financial planning. Key Responsibilities: Client Administration: Assist with client onboarding, manage client records, and handle correspondence. Support Advisors: Provide administrative support to financial advisors, including preparing reports and documentation. Compliance: Ensure all processes adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies. Data Management: Maintain accurate client information in our database. Communication: Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and scheduling meetings.
