What you’ll be doing: Providing high-quality support to teachers and students in the classroom. Leading small groups or one-to-one sessions to support learning and development. Assisting in the planning and delivery of lessons, ensuring inclusivity and tailored support for all learners. Working collaboratively with staff to create a positive and engaging learning environment. Supporting students' emotional and social well-being, ensuring they feel valued and supported in their educational journey. Ideal Candidate: Qualified HLTA or equivalent experience. Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and effective teaching strategies. Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with students, parents, and staff. Experience in supporting students with diverse needs is an advantage. A proactive, adaptable approach and a passion for making a difference in students' lives. This is a part-time role, offering a competitive daily rate of £100 - £110, depending on experience.
