Trainee Solicitor - Residential Conveyancing

CYFR Recruitment is partnering with a well-established property and legal firm, with offices across the central belt of Scotland to find prospective Trainee Solicitors to join their Conveyancing team. Gain hands-on experience in the Property Industry, working in a dynamic environment alongside experienced professionals.

Lenzie, Shawlands and West-End, Greater Glasgow.
Key Responsibilities
* Handling a varied caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
* Drafting and reviewing legal documents, such as contracts, leases, and transfer deeds.
* Conducting legal research and providing advice to clients on property law matters.
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors to ensure smooth and efficient transactions.
* Attending client meetings and providing regular updates on the progress of their cases.
* Assisting with the preparation of court documents and attending court hearings when required.
REQUIREMENTS
Academic Qualifications:
* LLB or equivalent law degree: Essential
* Diploma in Professional Legal Practice: Essential
Skills and Competencies:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Ability to prioritize and manage a demanding workload
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
