We are delighted to be working with an incredibly well-established and highly regarded global real estate business to find them an experienced and ambitious Head of Sales to lead their Windsor residential office.
You must be self-motivated with excellent leadership and communication skills and have a proven track record in managing residential estate agency sales teams. It is essential that you can demonstrate your ability to lead from the front, build strong client relationships, drive business performance, and mentor individuals within the team.
You'll be responsible for:
* Leading and managing the residential sales team to achieve and exceed performance targets
* Driving business development activity and identifying opportunities to increase market share
* Acting as the key contact for high-net-worth clients, offering a professional and personalised service
* Overseeing sales transactions from instruction through to completion
* Managing and nurturing client relationships to ensure exceptional service and repeat business
* Coaching, mentoring, and motivating the sales team to maximise individual and team performance
* Ensuring all activities are compliant with internal procedures and industry regulations
As Head of Sales, you will receive the following:
* Basic salary up to £38,000
* Car Allowance (£5,500) + Potential Guarantee.
* OTE - £75,000 in Year 1 (negotiable).
