40 hours per week - 08:30 – 17:00
Role Overview

* Responsible for the account management of their allocated customer portfolio.
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Dealing with enquiries from Clients and customers:-
2. Enquiries from customers on prices and stock availability
3. Temperature Deviations - communication to customers requesting disposition.
4. Obtain PODS across all channels if client struggles
5. Providing the relevant C of A documents to customers
6. SOR enquiries
7. Enquiries from customers on product PIP and/or EAN for electronic ordering
8. Stock control interaction with clients request for inventory discrepancies
9. Accommodate enquiries from other areas of the business, Finance, wholesale, hospital division.
10. Providing the relevant C of A documents to customers
11. Ensuring all training and updates to training completed
12. Interaction with Q90/RH ops
13. Failed deliveries -communications to customer
14. Polar speed interactions
