Hours: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Interaction: Engage with clients, borrowers, and other external parties via telephone to ensure smooth communication.
2. Target Achievement: Work towards monthly completion targets while maintaining high-quality standards.
3. Problem Solving: Identify potential issues and take ownership, reporting them to your Team Leader.
4. Professional Correspondence: Handle all inbound and outbound correspondence, including telephone calls, faxes, and emails, to agreed service standards.
5. System Updates: Keep our case management computer systems up to date.
6. Document Interpretation: Accurately interpret redemption statements and search results.
7. File Management: Set up files for completion with precision and care.
