About the Role:
As a Digital Performance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving online sales and achieving ambitious performance goals. Your responsibilities will include:
* Overseeing and optimising various online marketing channels, including paid search (PPC), social media advertising, email marketing, affiliate marketing, and display advertising.
* Implementing robust tracking and analytics tools to measure campaign performance and identify key metrics.
* Analysing data to gain valuable insights into customer behaviour, campaign effectiveness, and areas for improvement.
* Making data-driven optimisations to enhance the performance of marketing campaigns across different channels.
* Calculating and reporting on return on investment (ROI) for each marketing channel.
* Allocating budget effectively across different marketing channels based on performance and ROI.
* Conducting A/B testing to identify the most effective marketing strategies.
* Collaborating closely with other marketing teams to ensure alignment and maximise results.
About You:
* Proven experience in Digital Performance and Optimisation or similar role in a consumer industry.
* Strong understanding of various online marketing channels and platforms.
* Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
* A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
