Compensation: $20–$22/hour DOE
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Reviewing and inventorying physical and electronic client records.
* Creating and maintaining transfer folders in the Document Management System (DMS).
* Updating Excel spreadsheets for incoming and outgoing attorney data records.
* Managing client matter transfer authorizations in iManage DMS.
* Communicating with staff regarding records matters and closings.
* Coordinating with the transfer team on data transfer logistics.
* Assisting with monthly financial matter reports to identify case closures.
What You’ll Need to be Considered:
* Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
* Familiarity with Dropbox and other document-sharing tools.
* Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
* High integrity and discretion in handling sensitive client information.
What Could Set You Apart:
* Legal experience, especially in litigation or data management, is highly preferred.
* Experience with legal software (preferred).
