Analyse and evaluate environmental conditions, identify trends, and take corrective actions as necessary, including basic microorganism identification. Work closely with the Quality Control lab on specific organism identification and manage deviations within the Deviation Management System. Partner with the Production Manager to plan and develop production methods, focusing on the manufacture of technetium and gallium-based radiopharmaceuticals. Participate in the training, teaching, and supervision of non-Radiopharmacy staff, ensuring safe aseptic techniques and proper handling of gallium and other radiopharmaceuticals. Contribute to radiopharmaceutical research projects and clinical trials, supporting innovation within the department.
