Key Responsibilities of a Care Manager:
1. Oversee the daily operations of the domiciliary care service, ensuring high-quality care delivery.
2. Lead, support, and develop the care team, promoting a positive working environment.
3. Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and maintain exceptional standards of care.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and external professionals.
5. Support the growth of the service while ensuring person-centred care remains a priority.
Care Manager Requirements:
6. Previous experience in a management role within domiciliary care.
7. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
8. Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and a commitment to high standards of care.
9. Proven ability to manage service delivery and contribute to service growth.
