Main Purpose of the Job:
The Regional Sales Manager will collaborate with the broader sales team and directly manage relationships with customers in the instrumentation division. The role focuses on driving growth, optimising market routes, and ensuring exceptional service to global distribution partners. A key aspect of this position is business development, including evaluating and onboarding new partners.
Key Responsibilities:
* Achieving sales targets and increasing profitability in the assigned territory.
* Training and supporting distribution partners and end users.
* Assessing and optimising market routes for maximum efficiency.
* Providing market intelligence and contributing to product and technology roadmaps.
* Attending and supporting exhibitions and conferences to gather market knowledge.
* Preparing detailed sales reports and forecasts.
* Collaborating with marketing and product management teams to drive engagement.

* Proven track record in sales and business development within the instrumentation or related sectors.
* Strong product and industry knowledge, with excellent networking and customer relationship skills.
