About the Role
In this role, you’ll oversee and lead manufacturing operations within a defined production area, ensuring the delivery of top-quality products while driving continuous improvement. You’ll inspire a culture of collaboration and innovation, leveraging cutting-edge tools and processes to meet key business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Champion a culture of High-Performance Work Teams (HPWTs) to drive employee engagement and operational success.
* Implement Lean manufacturing principles to eliminate waste and improve processes.
* Deliver on key metrics, including safety, productivity, on-time delivery, and quality standards.
* Provide leadership in implementing safety initiatives and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Develop, coach, and mentor team members, empowering them to achieve their potential.
* Lead maintenance and facilities resources to ensure effective asset management.
* Foster a collaborative and results-driven environment, enabling employee success and empowering decision-making across the organisation.
What You’ll Need
* Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
* Experience:
* 3–5 years in manufacturing/operations.
* 1–3 years in a leadership role, managing teams.
* Skills:
* Strong communication, leadership, and coaching abilities.
* Knowledge of Lean principles (6S, Value Stream Mapping, Standard Work).
* Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
* Problem-solving skills (e.g., 8D, A3).
* Ability to balance multiple priorities and drive change.

* Monday to Thursday: 08:00 AM – 4:45 PM
* Friday: 08:00 AM – 12:00 PM
