First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Field Service Engineer (Electrical) on behalf of one of our clients.

2. The role is home-based, reporting to our UK Service Centre in Birmingham, and the majority of working time will be spent on customer sites, mainly in the UK, but also potentially in Europe and worldwide. Non-site time is spent on technical support, either from home or at the UK Service Centre.
3. The Field Service role requires travel in the UK, Europe, and worldwide.

Skills and Qualifications:

2. Understanding of electrical and electronic circuit theory.

5. Familiarity with electrical and electronic test equipment and tools, especially oscilloscopes.
6. Willingness to “get hands dirty.” Most of the equipment is located in industrial environments.
7. Computer literacy (report writing, email, presentation of data, etc).
8. Clean UK driving licence.
