The Role
This role manages the execution of B2B marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with the overall marketing strategy. The role collaborates with marketing teams to plan and deploy SF.com digital campaigns, manages external vendors, and ensures that campaigns are executed on time and within budget, analysing performance metrics and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Outcomes of the Role
1. Manage the execution of B2B marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies.
2. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective campaign plans that support lead generation and brand-building efforts.
3. Oversee the deployment of digital campaigns, ensuring optimal use of platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
4. Ensure campaigns are executed on time, within budget, and deliver measurable results.
5. Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimise future campaigns.
6. Support the creation of content for marketing campaigns, ensuring it resonates with target audiences.
7. Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure the timely and effective delivery of campaign assets.
8. Work closely with the B2B events team to ensure seamless execution of webinars, events, and digital activations.
9. Provide reporting on campaign outcomes and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
10. Ensure compliance with GDPR and other relevant regulations in all campaign activities.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
1. Salesforce Marketing and Sales Cloud experience.
2. Strong experience in executing B2B marketing campaigns across multiple channels, particularly digital.
3. Expertise in using marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
4. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage relationships with external vendors.
5. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
6. Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyse campaign performance and make informed decisions.
7. Knowledge of GDPR and other relevant regulations affecting marketing campaigns.
8. Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a focus on execution and attention to detail.
9. Ability to create compelling content for campaigns that resonate with B2B audiences.
10. Experience with event marketing, including webinars and digital events, to support lead generation.
11. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to optimise campaigns based on performance data.
12. Marketing qualifications such as CIM or IDM.
13. Degree in Marketing, business or related field.
