Success Talent are looking for a Creative Art worker to join a great new client in the education sector. This is a wonderful opportunity to join a great company as they plan for growth and build out of a in house creative Team.
Where does this role fit within the Creative Team?
Reporting into the creative department, you’ll be working alongside other designers and copywriters, while collectively working with the wider Creative and Marketing teams.
You will know the best in class design and operation practices to finalise engaging concepts that are on brief, on brand and on time. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment – having the ability to work on multiple briefs and confidently finalising projects from both on and offline usage.
We are looking for someone that brings real energy and confidence to the business with a proactive approach to pushing the brand’s creativity further whilst maintaining it’s core values that reflect and enhance the brand tone of voice in its global markets.
Key Skills:
1. Creating all artwork for school environment, with the support of the team.
2. Working independently on projects as well as managing the flow of projects efficiently within the team to maintain both quality control and deadline
3. Focusing on every printed aspect of graphic design
4. Translating design and art working it into various sizes and formats for bespoke output
5. Templates and master document management
6. Working closely with studio manager to ensure process and output match quality and timelines
What you’ll bring to the role:
7. Excellent art working skills & attention to detail. A creative eye, a passion for graphic design and are highly organised.
8. A passion for typography.
9. Previous established experience within a similar role.
10. Ability to shift focus to business priorities as needed and excited by change.
11. Adobe and micosoft skills.
12. Excellent artworking skills.
13. Good repro, production and print knowledge.
14. Team player with excellent communication skills – ability to liaise at all levels.
15. Highly organized, self-motivated, competent and can use own initiative.
