Your Role
and What You'll Be Doing
This is an exciting new role, responsible for leveraging SAP Analytic Cloud to support HR analytics and reporting needs here at Irwin Mitchell.
Working closely with the HR Product Owner for SuccessFactors and the HR Reporting Analyst you will ensure data-driven decision-making and strategic insights across the business. You will support the team in building initial reports, bring expertise to the team, assist in upskilling team members and optimise the tool to drive best practice and deliver exceptional HR insights and experience.
1. Develop, maintain and curate data models within SAP Analytic Cloud.
2. Develop and maintain HR analytics dashboards and reports using SAP Analytic Cloud.
3. Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand their data needs deliver requirements.
4. Ensure data accuracy, security and integrity within the SAP Analytic Cloud environment.
5. Ensure updates and patching applied and managed via appropriate change control processes and governance.
6. Integrate and combine data sets from various data sources, such as other HR systems or legacy data sets.
7. Provide training and support to HR team members on using SAP Analytic Cloud tools and features.
8. Stay updated with the latest SAP Analytic Cloud features and best practices to continuously improve HR analytics capabilities.
9. Bring expertise to the wider HR tech team and support them in upskilling on SAP Analytic Cloud.
10. Optimize the use of SAP Analytic Cloud to drive effective HR data and insights.
11. Develop, maintain and curate data models within SAP Analytic Cloud.
About You
12. Proficient in SAP Analytic Cloud
13. Knowledge of SAP Products
14. Strong data analysis and visualization skills
15. Experience with data integration and ETL processes
16. Experience with HR analytics and reporting
17. Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors
18. Understanding of SAP data structure
19. Ideally you will also have an understanding of HR processes and data with experience in the legal or financial services sector
