We are seeking a highly organised and detail oriented Finance Administrator with experience using Xero to manage our day-to-day financial activities. This role is crucial to ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes and requires someone who can multitask efficiently and work independently. Key Responsibilities Financial Management: · Process and reconcile invoices, payments, and receipts in Xero. · Manage accounts payable and receivable. · Perform regular bank reconciliations. Reporting & Analysis: · Generate and analyse financial reports, providing insights to support decision-making. · Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes. Compliance & Administration: · Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. · Assist with preparing VAT returns and liaising with HMRC. · Maintain accurate financial records and documentation. Support Functions: · Collaborate with external accountants and auditors as required. · Support other administrative functions to enhance overall organizational efficiency. Key Requirements Experience: · Proven experience as a Finance Administrator or in a similar role, with expertise in Xero accounting software. Skills: · Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. · Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping. · Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. · Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Qualifications: · Relevant financial or accounting qualifications are desirable but not essential. Other Requirements: · Must hold a valid driving license. · Ability to commute to Harewood as required.
