Field-Based (80% Travel) | Competitive Salary Benefits Our client, a leading brand in the DIY & home improvement sector, is looking for a Territory Sales Manager to manage and grow independent and wholesale accounts across Ireland. This is a fantastic opportunity for a results-driven sales professional to join a well-established company and drive business success. Based in Northern Ireland with regular travel to Dublin and South Ireland. The Role: As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for: ✔ Managing 2-5 key accounts plus a portfolio of 100 independent accounts ✔ Building strong relationships with buyers, owners, and shop floor teams ✔ Negotiating and securing Annual Trading Agreements and Joint Business Plans ✔ Driving sales growth and maximizing profitability ✔ Identifying and securing in-store promotional opportunities (secondary locations, bulk stacks, end displays, etc.) ✔ Working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Distribution teams ✔ Conducting market analysis and providing strategic insights What We’re Looking For: ✅ Experience managing independent & wholesale accounts in DIY, home improvement, or a related sector ✅ Proven track record of growing sales & achieving targets ✅ Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills ✅ Ability to work independently with strong commercial acumen ✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) ✅ A full driving license and willingness to travel across Ireland & the UK (up to 80%), including overnight stays Why Apply?
