Working as part of a small, friendly and steadily growing team, our Client is looking to recruit an experienced IFA Administrator who also offers exposure to writing reports. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for a hybrid role of Admin and Paraplanning - someone who is keen to gain more exposure to the technical side of the business. Working as part of a very busy and demanding team environment the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting a team of technical and highly qualified Consultants advising on Investment and Pensions, plus a range of Specialist Products, daily duties will be varied consist of; Organising Client meetings Carrying out new business processing Creating Client valuations Preparing illustrations Writing suitability reports Carrying out basic research Producing quotes Preparing meetings packs for Advisers Candidates should have experience of using a back-office system alongside Provider Platforms. Experience of processing Pensions and Investments business will also be beneficial.
