As Sales and eCommerce Administrator, you will work directly with the National Account Managers within the Brand team and the Head of eCommerce providing administrative support for the Concessions team, the eCommerce team, and for the general Sales team.
Your primary purpose is to optimise sales through our concession partners and on other D2C platforms, primarily Amazon. You will be using internal systems, and external portals and liaising with our warehouse team, trading team, and customers. In addition to maximising the sales, you will provide insight to grow our unit & revenue sales, by identifying and resolving internal stock issues & making judgments and recommendations on how to improve the sales and the processes we follow.
As a natural multi-tasker and an excellent communicator, you are adept at juggling multiple tasks at once, influencing across the business to ensure timely orders for our concession and eCommerce customers and ensuring key stakeholders remain informed.

What you'll be doing
Concessions:
* Ensure optimal stock levels across all stores to meet customer demands.
* Utilise specialist portals to update and track stock levels and generate reports.
* Act as the first point of contact for store managers regarding stock-related enquiries and issues.
* Coordinate and conduct regular stock takes to maintain accurate records.
* Conduct store visits to assess stock levels, display placement and overall store presentation.
* Place replenishment orders based on stock levels and sales trends.
* Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies, delivery issues and other operational challenges.
* Conduct courtesy calls to stores to address enquiries and provide support.
* Manage store moves & closures- Arrange deliveries/Collections all over the UK.
* Manage new store/brand roll outs.
* Provide insights and reporting to guide & improve the process & in turn drive sales.
eCommerce:
* Process and raise Amazon purchase orders
* Analyse commercial opportunities to increase weekly order quantities.
* Create shipments and liaise with transport to book deliveries.
* Input transport information for warehouse to arrange collection.
* Create weekly summary reports on commercial activities.
* Review compliance emails and address any issues as required.
* Review inventory levels to meet customer demand.
* Liaise with carriers to arrange collections.
* Maintain order book.
* Update transport booking diaries.
* Upload product listings across ecommerce platforms.
* Assist with ecommerce related administrative tasks.
Sales:
* As part of the general sales team support, you wil be expected to conduct new customer research and make initial contact with prospect customers and accounts, Assist in the completion of promotions/new line forms for customers, Uploading PO’s and raising sample orders for customers.
* Track customer promotions and update the tracker, collate evidence of promotions through photographs/ conducting store visits
* Conduct market research to identify trends and insights
* Assist with any general admin tasks for the brand and sales team, e.g. collating assets, pulling brand decks etc.
* Support in overflow projects from the sales team e.g. ERP, small quantity lists, brand distribution calendar, managing dynamics opportunities etc
* Reporting and analysis tasks – utilising internal and external data sources to identify trends and share with relevant stakeholders
* Support in covering team members during periods of annual leave or other absence
* Adhoc tasks as required
