Job Description
Responsibilities:
As a Care Assistant, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting clients in their own homes. Your tasks may include:
* Personal care
* Companionship
* Home help
* Assisting with medication
* Meal preparation
* Promoting independence
* Work as part of a team, effectively communication with the office team as well as other care professionals.
Requirements:

* Reliable Transport : Access to a reliable form of transport (such as a car) is essential.
* Availability : Commit to a minimum of 10 hours per week, including every other weekend.
