Salary: £20,000 - £26,000 per annum (plus company-wide quarterly bonuses)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (office-based)

What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Acting as the first point of contact for customers via phone and email.
2. Processing orders, quotes, and inquiries swiftly and accurately.
3. Assisting customers with queries, problems, and basic product information.
4. Managing returns, credits, and other administrative tasks with precision.
5. Engaging in proactive sales activities, such as following up on quotes and inquiries.
6. Supporting the external sales team to ensure targets are met.
What We’re Looking For:
1. A quick learner who can efficiently handle multiple tasks under pressure.
2. Someone who excels in customer interaction and remains calm in stressful situations.
3. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and general computer systems.
4. Previous experience in a customer-facing role or a strong willingness to learn.
5. A positive attitude and a desire to contribute to a team-focused environment.
