We are currently looking to recruit a Quality Systems Manager to join our successful team; you will be responsible for ensuring that KeTech complies with all relevant regulations and specifications as required to deliver its business in these highly regulated industries. This will include primarily Quality and Cyber standards, as well as manage KeTech’s BMS and any associated engineering, delivery, environmental, health& safety and ethical policies the company has About the role: Being an ambassador for Quality and continuous improvement, you will be responsible for the following: Quality & Compliance responsibility for performing all quality compliance duties in relation to KeTech’s 9001 & 27001 certifications. ensuring that the business meets all agreed quality compliance (legislation and objectives) and that appropriate risk mitigation/control measures are in place maintain the Company Business Management Systems (BMS) in accordance with organisation plans and adherence to legislation and agreed regulatory bodies’ processes and procedures Responsible for the review and implementation of revised and new BMS documentation, liaising with the departmental heads to ensure standards compliance is met through good working practices. Management of the client feedback process Administration and maintenance of the BMS records including hard and soft repositories Reporting to the Company management team. General Co-ordination of external and internal audits and inspections Assists with statutory and mandatory training requirements in relation to quality and cyber security Contribute to the development of Bids and Tenders as required and requested Attend management reviews to understand the direction and requirements of the company Skills: To have a background within a quality environment and experience of continuous/process improvement. To be a driven individual with energy, and enthusiasm for the delivery of business goals and objectives and to meet targets. To be able to work with and lead teams, providing guidance and support to help deliver projects.
