This role sees the provision of pricing, building of quotes, management of attach rates, renewal obligations, and service requests. You will be an integral part of maintaining customer support contracts from quote to order, requiring you to work closely with your own team, other teams, customers, distributors, and Cisco.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Maintain accurate data on renewals and contracts.
* Understand each individual order so data is stored correctly in the customer database.
* Ensure all third-party contracts are aligned with the correct SLAs and dates as per customer’s order.
* Maintain customer site and equipment records against SLAs.
* Respond to support queries from other areas of the business and customers.
* Navigate and understand the Cisco web tools and product codes.
* Raise Cisco TAC cases for any queries and follow through until resolution.
* Provide weekly reports to the business to show targets reached with the partners.
* Prioritize work on queues to complete tasks as per SLA.
* Understand our license process and ensure license information is managed and maintained for customers and Thrive.
* Point of contact for licensing queries.
* Purchase Cisco contracts when required.

* Ability to communicate with staff and customers at all levels through means including phone and teams.

* Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
