Key Duties: Business development for consultants/consultant - lead accountability for working closely with the Commercial Director, HOD Marketing and CBRM (Consultant Business Relationship Managers) to build relationships with consultants and grow their business at The London Clinic. Marketing plan and campaign development - work closely with the Head of Marketing to develop marketing plans and campaigns which promote specialisms and consultants to align with the wider business objectives of The London Clinic. Campaign management - be responsible for marketing campaigns across various channels to support specific products and services by Consultant speciality, GP services, health assessment etc., which align with business goals, targets and budgets. Points of Difference (PODs) - work with consultants to understand the points of difference (POD) between us/them compared to our competitors, so we can build strong and effective marking plans and campaigns. Analytics and reporting - utilise analytics tools to measure effectiveness of marketing activity, optimise performance and report on KPIs to senior stakeholders.
