Cranswick Farms Division are based predominantly in East Yorkshire and Lincolnshire breeding and rearing pigs to Red Tractor standards. We are part of industry leading food producer Cranswick plc, a progressive FTSE250 Company.
An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Purchase Ledger Administrator to join the team. This position will support the Finance function. We are looking for an individual to support the efficient running of the Finance team by working across a range of areas and businesses.
Main duties include (but are not limited to):
Processing of purchase ledger invoices in a timely and efficient manner including management of accounts email inbox daily.
weekly BACS payment runs and ad-hoc faster payments in accordance with financial directives.
Support and supervision of all farms purchase ledgers to ensure workload across the team is monitored and managed effectively and efficiently.
Supplier statement reconciliations.
Posting and reconciling payments and receipts to maintain a tidy ledger.
Accurate cash book postings and bank reconciliation.
Requesting and maintaining customer and supplier information.
First point of contact for incoming calls and queries.
Requirements, experience and person specification:
Previous experience in a similar Purchase Ledger role.
