Commercial Property Valuer MRICS
Your new company
A great opportunity has come available for a Commercial Property Valuer in London for an established practice. The client is seeking someone who holds an MRICS & Registered Valuer status as well as 4-6 years experience.
Your new role
1. Valuation of commercial properties including portfolios - primarily offices, retail, mixed-use including residential element and industrial in London.
2. Independent preparation of valuation reports within agreed timescales and in compliance with client SLA's primarily for secured lending in addition to taxation, pension funds, and accounting.
3. Valuation of land for commercial and mixed-use to include the provision of development appraisals where applicable.
4. Acquisition and disposal surveys.
5. Take accurate measurements of sites and properties in accordance with the RICS Code of Measuring Practice.
6. Record file notes in a format acceptable to PII insurers and corporate customers including photographs of the subject property, floor plans & site notes.
7. Value properties by applying expert knowledge and awareness of the local property markets.
8. APC guidance to more junior team members.
What you'll need to succeed
1. MRICS qualified and RICS Registered Valuer status are essential.
2. Between 3-6 years PQE.
3. Full UK driving license.
What you'll get in return
Offering a salary ranging from £50,000 - £60,000+ depending upon experience. Great commission package + benefits.
