ICF is seeking a highly organised and proactive Business Coordinator to Executive Operations to join our growing business. The successful candidate will support our HR Business Partners, Business Operations, and Legal team, both across the UK and wider Europe, while also providing operational administration support to our senior leaders, including the Group Lead for our Europe and Asian (E&A) business. Key Responsibilities: This role offers an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of HR, operations, and legal functions, contributing to the successful implementation of strategic projects within the company while providing essential support to senior leadership. There your key responsibilities will align to the following areas, but not limited to: • Support with document management, coordinating signatures of corporate/legal documents Support the delivery of E&A Group Communications through the associated channels. • Supports the planning and delivery of group and leadership meetings and events (virtual/hybrid/in-person). • Support with managing project plans and coordinating meetings related to change management. • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership and handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Experience: • Proven experience of 2-3 years in project coordination, administrative, business support, or a similar role • Good experience with all Microsoft suite tools, i.e. Excel, etc. note-taking, etc. • Strong organizational and multitasking skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Discretion and ability to handle business sensitive and confidential information. • Proficiency in project management tools and software. • Proactive, willing, engaging, and task-driven attitude with a strong ability to get things done.
