Fryer

And a desire to find employment where your skills can be put to good use? We are looking to recruit our multiple fish fryers & kitchen assistants at our Doncaster restaurant.
Hours :
Full Time- approx. 40+ per week, 4/5 days over 7 days. shift hours between 10:00am - 10:30pm
Must be available to work evenings and weekends

What are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who is reliable and hardworking relishes the opportunity to prepare and cook fresh food. We are proud of the consistent, high quality food that our chefs and fryers produce; so determination and pride in your work is essential! The Successful Candidate must be able to work evening and weekends.
What will you be doing?
Our fryers and chefs create our homemade traditional dishes (preparing, cooking and frying to our high standards), whilst communicating with our front of house teams to ensure the smooth service and good availability of food. They maintain the highest standard of food hygiene and clean their own kitchen and equipment. Over a period of 12 weeks you will watch, listen, learn and practice every aspect of being a successful and professional fryer and cooking a British favorite to cleaning your kitchen down and maintaining the highest standards of food hygiene. On the successful completion of your training you will be responsible, on a shift basis, for preparing, frying and maintaining our high standard and consistency of food at our restaurant & takeaway. You will be able to work unsupervised using your own initiative and cope during busy periods.
