Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking confident, capable, and compassionate individuals with a strong commitment to safeguarding and a genuine passion for supporting Children Looked After and Care Leavers. You will be skilled and experienced, with the qualifications necessary to deliver exceptional care and support.
Our ideal candidates will bring:
* Proven experience working with vulnerable young people, including a track record in safeguarding and promoting well-being.
* Relevant qualifications in health and social care, youth work, or a related field.
* Skills in supporting young people to develop independence, manage challenges, and build confidence.
* Energy, enthusiasm, and the ability to build trusting relationships that inspire young people to achieve their goals.
Your Role
As a Youth Support Worker, you will:
* Provide tailored, high-quality support to young people, ensuring their needs are met and their voices are heard.
* Deliver structured key work sessions, focusing on life skills, independence, and well-being.
* Ensure a safe and nurturing environment, in line with safeguarding protocols and Ofsted Quality Standards.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues, local authorities, and external agencies to achieve the best outcomes for young people.
* Model positive behaviour and boundaries while building strong, meaningful relationships.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £11.50-£12.50 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
