Owen Developments is one of Europe’s premier high-performance forced induction specialists, with a proven track record of supplying turbochargers to a global customer base covering the motorsport, performance aftermarket, and OEM sectors. Owen Developments is the sole turbocharger supplier to prestigious race series such as The British Touring Car Championship (BTCC), MINI Challenge, Focus Cup, and the American Indy NXT racing series, including supplying turbochargers for many other motorsport disciplines.
Based near Abingdon in Oxfordshire, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales, Marketing, and Administration person to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving growth and enhancing brand visibility in the performance automotive industry, where we distribute turbochargers and turbo-related tuning products alongside our in-house vehicle workshop. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales strategies and marketing campaigns, with a passion for achieving results and fostering client relationships.
Duties
* Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives.
* Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends, ensuring the company remains competitive.
* Liaise with the Works Manager and company MD.
* Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, and digital content, including the updating of the company website.
* Establish and maintain relationships with key clients to enhance customer and supplier relationships.
* Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms.
* Organise promotional events and campaigns to increase brand awareness.
