Are you a payroll professional looking for a part-time role? Can you work on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays in Avonmouth? If so, we have a great opportunity for you to work for a business that is going from strength to strength. This position has been created to support the payroll manager on the busy days of the week.
You'll take responsibility for the in-house payroll of around 100 staff who are paid either weekly or monthly and support the HR team with the processing of starters, leavers, and maternity/paternity leave. You'll keep on top of all statutory payroll requirements and, using your excellent attention to detail, identify issues or problems before they impact the employee. Additionally, you will be the person who can answer any pay-related queries.
We are looking for someone who communicates really well with people at all levels, both office-based and operational. You should be approachable, considerate, and enjoy getting things right on the first attempt.
Please note that the hours and days for this role are not flexible and must be worked onsite, so please don't apply if this arrangement does not suit you.
