What's the Mission?
To coordinate and deliver seamless photoshoots and content production that elevates Astrid & Miyu as a cult brand. You will be managing logistics, budgets and timelines to ensure the production of inspiring visual content that resonates with our community and embodies our brand values.
What does success look like?
* Manage the Production Assistant and work with the Creative Content Lead & Junior Creative Producer to plan and execute high quality and engaging content
* Manage the pre-production, post-production and logistics of all campaign and commercial shoots both in the UK and overseas.
* Research and confirm shoot teams, models, locations, and studios.
* Securing shoot permits and ensuring risk assessments are completed.
* Manage budgets, booking all travel and accommodation for all shoot teams.
* Create shoot call sheets and detailed shoot schedules.
* Communicate with all departments in the business to collate deliverables for shoots.
* Ensure all content is delivered in multiple formats to the relevant teams ie. ecommerce, wholesale, social and campaign.
* Establishing a high level of communication within the department and wider business to carry out duties efficiently.
What would you like from me?

* 3+ years experience in a similar role, management experience is a bonus.
* Experience managing multiple end to end jobs, including pre-production, logistics, tracking and managing a budget and allocating resources to each element of the project.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and proven project management skills.
* Experience managing multiple stakeholders, including artists, clients and external vendors to achieve a positive outcome.
* Existing relationships with talent agencies, production companies and shoot suppliers.
* Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities within a fast paced business.
* Capability to work independently and part of a team.
* A thorough and demonstrable knowledge, understanding and interest in photography and moving image, advertising and marketing, fashion, editorial.
