We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Showroom Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with product displays, and supporting the sales team in our showroom. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for home decor.
Duties:
1. Greet and assist customers as they enter the showroom, providing product information and guidance.
2. Utilise upselling strategies to promote products or services.
3. Respond to customer inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email.
4. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
5. Maintain accurate customer records and sales logs.
6. Schedule and confirm appointments for consultations and installations.
7. Support sales activities and contribute to revenue generation.
8. Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the showroom, ensuring displays are attractive and up-to-date.
Qualifications:
1. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
2. Friendly and approachable with a positive attitude.
3. Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying and solving problems.
4. Experience in upselling techniques and sales support.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday 08.30 - 17.00
Alternate Saturdays 10.00 - 14.00
