We are seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to lead a Scanning / Digital / Records Management Operations team at our clients Peterborough facility. This role is instrumental in ensuring efficient operational service delivery across both physical warehouse and digital scanning services. You will be a key player in driving growth and operational excellence as they expand their digital service offerings.

Role Overview

The Operations Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the Peterborough location, managing a team of approximately 30 permanent and temporary staff. This includes coordinating activities in both the warehouse and the scanning bureau.
