About the Venue: Since 2011, Rhubarb has provided all food and drink at the iconic Royal Albert Hall. With over 350 diverse and exciting events taking place each year, guests to the Royal Albert Hall can complement their visit with exceptional hospitality experiences.
We manage 147 hospitality boxes, private and semi-private dining rooms, a roof terrace and for a handful of spectacular gala dinners, the arena itself. In addition to the busy box hospitality, our events span meetings, dinners, corporate launches, drinks parties and awards shows from BAFTAs to the BFAs.
Salary: £50k
Role Purpose:
We are looking for an exceptional Head of Event Operations to join our team. As this is a key role within the Hall, were looking for a proven leader, with impeccable customer service and the ability to manage a team, work within allocated labour budgets as well as deliver staff briefings and delegate responsibility whilst being hands-on. The Head of Event Operations will work closely with our Deputy Director and Event General Manager to create a seamless experience.
The ideal Head of Event Operations will have previous events experience working in a luxury hotel or venue in C&B operations. We have a superb track record of internal promotion, with a clear development plan available for the right person.
