O'Hare's Supermarkets Ltd is a family owned business who currently own and operate Five Large Format Stores in the County Down and Armagh area.
We are looking to recruit enthusiastic individuals to join our team in our Drumaness Store.
Duties include:
1. To assist the Manager to ensure the effective running of the store.
2. To provide effective team leadership when on shift to ensure all tasks are completed to the required standard.
3. To exercise and ensure to keep watch over Health & Safety, Security, Discipline and Due Diligence. Ensure the premises, fixtures, fittings and stock is safely and securely maintained in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
4. To assist the Manager to organise and control replenishment of stock and ensure pricing is accurate whilst maintaining high standards of store merchandising disciplines at all times.
5. To fully operate the Company’s procedures in relation to ordering, receiving goods, stock holding and the control of wastage and stock loss.
6. To fully operate, enforce and monitor the Company’s procedures in relation to cash management and security.
7. To enforce and monitor the systems and standards of housekeeping, hygiene and other employee welfare practices within the store.
8. To establish regular communication with the team in order to promote involvement and achieve good employee relations and provide regular feedback to team employees.
9. To actively ensure that a high level of customer service is achieved and maintained within the store by all employees.
