About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Quality Manager, where you will play a key role in driving performance and standards to deliver exceptional quality and customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities
* Lead and Develop the Luxury Quality Team to maximise achievement and engagement within the team.
* Implement and maintain Quality Assurance Processes and deploy quality standards that deliver requirements across the site.
* Contribute to New Product Development activities to ensure quality requirements and customer expectations are built into all new products.
* Collaborate with NPD to develop, implement and maintain Luxury Quality standards for all newly developed products.
* Investigate customer/consumer complaints and work with teams to establish root cause and implement corrective and preventative actions.
* Manage Supplier Quality performance, including supplier audits and supplied material non-conformances.
* Manage non-conforming products and non-conformance processes, facilitating effective root-cause analysis investigations.
* Complete data analysis and trending to report performance and drive a culture of continuous improvement.

* An experienced Quality professional with exposure to the luxury/premium market.
* Team management experience.
* Experience of New Product Development.
* Background in implementing and maintaining quality standards.
