We have an exciting opportunity for a permanent full-time Business Services Senior Co-ordinator to join our dedicated team within Business Services.
WHAT IS INVOLVED?
The Business Services Senior Co-ordinator will provide first line people management to the business services team to enable the delivery of high quality business support and administrative functions across the Special Education Inclusion Support team.
The Business Services Co-ordinator will undertake performance, development and wellbeing activities to support team members. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the SEND service and management team, to ensure the highest standards of service delivery. Driving process improvements, managing change and shaping the team in line with technological developments.
Along with this, the role involves supporting the SIS Management team with Service Level Agreements, arranging payments for Community of Learning budgets and other general finance tasks to support the service.
WHAT WILL I NEED?
You should have an NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent in a relevant subject and have experience in leading and supervising an administrative team.

HYBRID WORKING (if applicable)
Durham County Council currently operates a hybrid working policy where a model of 2 days in the workplace and 3 days at home/remote will apply. This model is pro-rated for part time roles and arrangements are at managers discretion, alternatively you can work all of your contracted hours within the workplace if you prefer.
